Panama Birdwatching Tour

Birdwatching Tour Description

This birdwatching tour takes place at Pipeline Road, which is located in the Soberania National Park, 40 minutes from Panama City, and where approximatelly 380 bird species have been counted here. On this day your specialist leader will guide you through this world famous trail for an unforgettable birdwatching experience.

You will get to admire the “roof” of the rainforest from a special platform. And from the treetops you will have amazing views of some canopy birds, such as the Blue Cotinga. We’ll walk the forests looking for Golden-collared Manakin and Slaty-tailed Trogon. We’ll also help you to identify some of the tiniest ones, such as the Southern Bentbill and many others.

Highlights

  • Tour led by a naturalist specialized in birds.
  • Opportunity to see other wildlife while in the trail.
